Keeps your doors and windows locked. Keep 911 on speedial. Get a large male friend to come stay with you. If possible, pack up whatever you think may be stolen and go stay with a friend or with family. You may want to call the police non-emergency number and tell them why you suspect you may be the target of thieves.They may be able to give you more pointers, or ask the patrol cars to be on the alert.
