I Have the same problem and you can eat dry biscuits and drink water if you want to stop pooin if you have cornflour put 2-3 tea spoons in water and drink it it tastes like chalk but it works wait for a few hours and you should nearly stop pooing by the way DO NOT EAT DAIRY PRODUCTS!!! IT WILL MAKE YOU POO LIKE ANYTHING
