Feed your fish as much as they will completely consume in 1-2 minutes. If there is any feed left over after this amount of time, then you have overdone it. The reason we tell people the 1-2 minute rule rather than a set amount is that conditions change within your pond.
You can feed your Betta fish food specifically designed for Bettas. These pellets should be quite small as the mouths of Bettas are small. Only buy food made for Betta fish because this food will have more animal protein than food for tropical fish which require less protein in their diet. Betta fish are not very active at all and should only be fed small portions. You can find Betta food and your local pet store.
Generally a small(ish) pinch once to twice a day is usually good. Amount depends on the amount of fish in the tank. It is always a good idea to remove any uneaten food in the tank after a couple of minutes.
In order to acheive good growth and vigorous health, aquarium fish should be fed 2-3 times per day. However, often people who are new to keeping aquariums feed too much at each feeding time. Make sure that there is no left over food on the gravel or going into the filter. A good way to judge is that there should be no more food left over after 1 minute. If you are new to aquariums, start with feeding once per day. It is safer, and will lead to less overfeeding issues.
HI
it says on the back of my fish food packet to see how much the fish eats in two minutes and then to feed it that amount two to three times daily.
i hope this helps :)
once a day and enough so that the fish eat all the food in 2 minutes.
Only feed once a day, and only feed as much as the fish can finish within a minute. Remove all leftover fish food immediately after feeding to avoid spoiling the water.
Betta fish's stomach is as big as its eye.
Fish will eat as much as you put in the water. If your Betta is in a bowl and isn't very active you don't need to feed it very much. If your Betta fish is in a tank larger than 10 gallons and the fish swims around than you should slowly feed it the amount it can eat in 2-3 minutes once or twice a day.
2 pelots
1000000000 pelets
60000000000000000000000000000 pelets
feed them by simply buying betta food and follow directions on the container. it will probably say to just drop the food particles onto the water and the betta will swim up and eat happily!
Depends on the type and size of fish. Usually once.
You should feed your betta every other day. About 4-5 colored pellets per fish is the acceptable amount.
feed them a little bit two times a day. I feed my bettas about 4 pellets once in the morning once at night. btw the bettas stomachs are abut the size of their eyes
once a day
i have domino fish i always feed mine twice a day cause you do not whant to under feed it or over feed it hope i helped
In order to maintain growth and health, most fish should be fed every day. Fish can go for several weeks without food, but its not good for them. Some predatory fish should not be fed every day, as they are accustomed to eating large meals infrequently.
I THINK ITS ONCE A DAY
You should feed a puppy four times per day. Divided the recommended amount that your particular breed of puppy needs by four to determine how much to give the dog each time.
Try feeding it every day and if it doesn't eat it all the next day you feed it then every other day and see. Or you feed it every week.
2 times
2 times a day
Feed a Queen angelfish many small portions of food throughout the day instead of just one or two big meals.
well you should probably only feed it once or twice a day but if you over feed it. it will cause health problems so just feed it once a day and it should be fine hope i helped.
once a day
Twice a day
i have domino fish i always feed mine twice a day cause you do not whant to under feed it or over feed it hope i helped
3 or 4 times a day
you should only feed your fish once-twice a day to prevent over feeding which could possibly be harmful to your tiger fish.
Feed tropical fish flakes twice daily as much as it will consume in three to five minutes.
I would treat a Bluegill (Lepomis macrochirus) the same as any other large fish and feed at least once daily. So my answer is at least 7 times weekly
