put moisturizer cream on your hands with socks over the cream before you go to bed. rips take a long time to cure, so be patient. also, put tape on your hands and wear grips when you do bars. hope this helps! When i did gymnastics and i got rips i just left them and put tape over them and got on with it, i find when u put moisturizer cream on the rip it softens the skin and makes it easier to rip again but if u get on with it eventually ur hands stop ripping. as much as u probably don't want tough hard skin on ur hands it's something i found really helpful when doing highbar ******* There is also RipGuardian. It doesn't do so much for prevention of rips but it protects them when you have to get back on bars. Some gymnasts are saying that it feels like they never even ripped! Yes you put the ingreadients inside a plastic bag then put that bag inside a bg with ice and salt in it. Toss the two bags around for a while until the contents of the first bag solidify. Take the first bag out of the second and, vwala! Ice cream.
First you get an ice cream maker, then you freeze the bowl for the maker, then you mix the ingredients and then you put it in the maker, then you wait while it churns.
