ROM is Random Only Memory. Though, with difficulty ROM data can be changed, the ROM usually holds the data used to cause boot up a computer and is placed there by the manufacture.
Click on File, then Save, and make a file for your save. Every time you turn on the ROM, you'll click on File, then Load, and open your save file.
You can't, a CD-ROM has already been authored and you can't change the contents.
it probably doesn't save because it is the fake version or a gba ROM.

If your asking about it with a cartrage then all you do is click x or start and go down to save. If your talking about a rom, yes. On visual boy advance you go to file save as and select one of the 10 spots. On no$gba you save it the way you would reguly save it but the rom has to be in the folder BATTERY. Yes you can play a pokemon game on the Internet. You have to download an emulator and a pokemon rom but keep in mind that it's illegal.
Simply get rid of the ROM and Save File.
Go into your emulator save type and change it to eeprom 8kbytes
dude it saves alone! i got a supercard dsone and i put ROM version on it so in my one it saves alone!! try it out!
You have a flash cart?You have to rename the save file to the name of your nds. file

Download vituralboy advance and download pkm emerald rom
The first one is the CD-ROM, the second one is the DVD-ROM, then the DVD-RAM, then the WORM-SAVE, then the Blueray and at least the eresable storages.
