Answer 2: If you mean "Is it wrong to be quiet by nature?" as in it's part of your personality, no not at all. Many people are quiet by nature. If you are being bullied for that reason by someone who claims to be your friend, I would say that if they cannot except you for who you are and be understanding of the fact that you are not outgoing, they aren't really a friend. Friends don't try to change you into something you aren't; they love you for who you are.
