This is a very simple question. Well, you tell her why you want to be with her (make sure its ONLY good things) Dont say you want to get into her pants, thats a BIG turn off unless shes a s l u t but it still might be a turn-off to those girls. And, tell her what makes her more specialer than other girls, girls like for guys to say they prettier than other girls and compliment them.

If you just can't find the words then tell her (if you believe it) that you enjoy being with her because she makes you feel happy; you have certain things in common; you have fun when you are with her and you think she's either cute or beautiful.
