iv got a 99 buick centry custom with 3100 and i want to put 3800 heads and the supercharger off of a 99 regal is it possable?
33 ft. lbs. plus an additional 1/4 turn on the bolt. Don't forget that there is also a torque sequence as well.

3100 Vin M apply high temp sealant Rtv to threds and under head bolts ( step one head bolts 37 ft lbs) (step 2 then 1/4 turn) lower intake torque four long bolts at step 1( 66 inch step 2( 10 ft lbs then the outer bolts right then left install upper intake and torque all 14 lb from center out do not under torque or over torque and make sure you have a accurate torque wrench not one that has been threw hell or drop. these motors are sensitive make it painless the first time
