It depends on the level of the job. Most interviews other than entry level laborers would call for business casual in the interview (after all you won't be slogging away in a dirty job during the interview). This would be (for men) a pair of slacks (not jeans or casual pants) a plain shirt (not a tee, hoodie or similar). Shoes should be leather, in good condition (not hiking boots, track shoes or work boots)
A good option is to quietly visit the site where the interview is and observe how the un-uniformed (management) staff dress.
Women's rules are similar except for the inclusion of reasonable length skits to the option of slacks and the lack of low cut or revealing tops.
Hygiene (nails, hair, teeth, shaves, lack of odours from perfume or cologne) is of high importance.

Not recommended. Even though the work environmenyt is 'casual', the interview process is formal If a woman, wear a business type dress or, better yet, a skirt and blouse and jacket. If a man, wear a suit. No kidding. As the saying goes, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression." I bet you wil get the job. Or you could wear some nice dress pants, even nice khakis, a blue or white shirt, tie and jacket
