Simple: 13m box end wrench. Remove the two nuts on the bottom of the hinge barrels. When you lift the doors up and out of the hinge barrel..have someone help you so you don't drop the door or scratch the paint. Roll window down if you have glass windows and reach through to the other side of the door to the handle. Grab there and at the bottom of the door. Lift up and out of there. Presto. Oh yeah. Don't forget to first remove the door strap!
