If you'll look closely at the 4 corners of the radio you should see tiny holes, there is some thing you use that has 4 "prongs" that go in those holes and sort of "eject" the CD player/radio.sorry i can't remember what the tool is called exactly but you can call your local Ford dealership or audio shop they will have what you need.
