The Teton Sioux, also known as Lakota people, inhabited areas in both North and South Dakota. Many of their tools included hammers, clubs, knives, bows, arrows, lances, and snares. They often used wood and animal bone to craft these tools.
One hunting tactic of the Teton Sioux was that they would set controlled fires to drive buffalo off of cliffs or into traps.
