The closest subway stop is the Spring Street Station, on the 6 train (of the 4-5-6, the dark green line). Take the 6 train to Spring Street. You will exit the subway at the intersection of Spring and Lafayette Streets. Actually, at Spring Street, Centre Street splits off of Lafayette Street, so you will be at the 3-way intersection of Spring, Lafayette and Centre Streets.

Walk two blocks south on Lafayette Street to Broome Street (Spring Street ---> Kenmare Street ---> Broome Street). Make a right onto Broome Street, and walk one block west to the corner of Broome and Crosby Streets, where 430 Broome Street is.

You could also take the N or Rtrains (of the N-R-Q, the yellow line) to Canal Street. You will exit the subway at the intersection of Canal Street and Broadway. Walk three blocks north on Broadway to Broome Street (Canal Street ---> Howard Street ---> Grand Street ---> Broome Street). Then make a right onto Broome, and walk one block east to the corner of Crosby and Broome Streets, where 430 Broome Street is.
