Scrap-Iron Scarecrow
Yes, if a card effect activating from the Graveyard will destroy a monster, Spell, or Trap card "Stardust Dragon" can be activated to negate the effect. Even though "Stardust Dragon" states that it destroys and negates cards, it can still negate an effect resolving in the Graveyard; the card in the Graveyard simply will not/ cannot be destroyed.
no fiendish chain most certainly does not negate attacks, if the card does not state it negates an attack it does not negate attacks
No, there is nothing that can do that.
A card that is destroyed is 'sent to the graveyard', but sometimes a card instructs you to 'just' send a card to the graveyard, and this is not destruction.

This card has 1000 ATK for each Normal Monster in your Graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, remove it from play. If there are 5 different "Forbidden One" cards in your Graveyard that were sent there by this card's effect, you win the Duel.
There is a card called "A feather of the phoenix" that if you discard 1 card from your hand you can return a card from your graveyard to the top of your deck. So you can pick any card in your graveyard including a spell or trap card.
Yes it would, unless a card's ability dictates otherwise

No, only from your hand. They can be special summoned from graveyard by cards like Monster Reborn if they were properly summoned initially before they went there. However you can't resummon them from the graveyard with their Ritual Spell Card.
Collosal Fighter is defenitely the best synchro warrior, he gets a 100 Attack Points bonus for every Warrior type monster in your graveyard. And when it's destroyed by battle and send to the graveyard, you can special summon it or another Warrior type monster from your or your opponements graveyard.
The Graveyard is part of the Playing Field. When a card states "...on the field...", it is referring to cards that are placed in the Monster Card Zone, the Field Spell Card Zone, and the Spell & Trap Card Zone.
It can't negate continuous 'effects' because it has to chain to activations. Continuous effects do not activate. It can chain to and negate the activation of a continuous spell or trap. If the continuous spell or trap has its activation negated, then the card is destroyed and goes to the graveyard.
