A card that is destroyed is 'sent to the graveyard', but sometimes a card instructs you to 'just' send a card to the graveyard, and this is not destruction.
Any movement of a card from another zone to the graveyard, is a send. 'Tribute', 'Discard' and 'Destroy' are specific kinds of send. XYZ material is 'sent to the graveyard' if the XYZ monster that overlays them is destroyed, removed from play, returned to the Extra Deck, etc.One exception is cards that have been removed from the game. They can be 'returned' to the graveyard, but not 'sent' from there.
No, Dimensional Fissure only affects monsters that are sent to the graveyard while it is active - it waits for anything to try to send a monster to the graveyard, and banishes it 'instead', it does nothing to monsters already in the graveyard.
No. A discard is a special kind of 'send'. All discards are sends, but not all 'send from hand to graveyard' are discards. This kind of send will only be considered a discard if the effect specifically says it is a discard. Also cards are 'discarded' in the end phase if you have more than six in hand and wish to end the turn.
You cannot simply decide to do that, for no reason. Cards will go to the graveyard or removed from play zone when directed to by an effect, or when you use them as a cost, depending on the wording of the cards.
it is yugioh zexal its still in japan not many people know about it. kabia has 3000 atk monster but the rival in yugioh zexal like kaibia is reverse dragon 2000 atk but it gains 500 atk for each card you send to the grave yard. just to tell you it is way different from 5d gx and orgenal. The series also have a type of card called Xyz monsters.their stars are oon the left instead ot the right. They stand for ranks of these new monsters the answer above isn't wrong but yugioh zexal is in the usa now
No. Dupe Frog triggers only when send from the Field to the graveyard. Also it is an Optional Trigger and would miss the timing anyway.
No, it does not. A 'send' is the generic name for movement of cards to the graveyard, and you can have special types of send, such as tribute, discard and destroy. So while it's accurate to say a discard is a kind of send, the opposite it not true. A card that 'just' says to send from hand, does not count as a discard.

Yes. The first Inzektor can use its effect to equip Inzektor Hornet to itself, Inzektor Hornet can then send itself back to the graveyard to destroy one target. The second Inzektor can then repeat the process.
No. The reason is, Sky Scourge Norleras only 'sends' cards from hand to the graveyard. Dark World Monsters must be 'discarded'. All movement of cards to the graveyard, is considered a 'send'. Then there are special types of send, like destroy, tribute, and discard. So all discard effects 'send' a card, but not all 'send' effects from hand, count as being a discard. Since Norleras only 'sends' the cards, Dark World monsters will not activate.

There's no 'Envoy of the Apocalypse', but there is a Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End. It can only be special summoned by removing a Light and a Dark monster from your graveyard from play. You can pay 1000 lifepoints to send all cards in hand and field to the graveyard, and deal 300 damage to the opponent for each. It is a Lv8 Dragon/Effect monster, DARK, 3000 ATK, 2500 DEF.
Yes, Machina Fortress can be discarded as part of the cost for its own effect, and then that same Machina Fortress can be special summoned from the graveyard.
yes, because of its effect's and shear atk and def power plus its so easy to summon This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. You can pay 1000 Life Points to send all cards in both players' hands and on the field to the Graveyard. Inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card that is sent to the Graveyard by this effect. atk3000def2500 plus you probably can see why it is banned

You can never destroy, discard, or otherwise send to the graveyard a card unless directed to by a card effect or a game rule. The exception is a Field Spell card, you can replace one with another even though the first is occupying your Field Spell card zone.
