No, Dimensional Fissure only affects monsters that are sent to the graveyard while it is active - it waits for anything to try to send a monster to the graveyard, and banishes it 'instead', it does nothing to monsters already in the graveyard.
Unless stated otherwise, a card's special summon requirement is from the hand only. Rainbow Dark Dragon can't be special summoned except from hand, by removing the seven differently name Dark monsters from the graveyard.
Fusion Monsters can only be Special Summoned from the Graveyard after it has been successfully Fusion Summoned onto the field first. If it was sent to the Graveyard via an effect such as Gale Dogra, it cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard.Once a Fusion Monster has been successfully Fusion Summoned, it becomes eligible to be Special Summoned from the Graveyard unless it is specifically forbidden from doing so either by its own effect or by another card's effect. Some Fusion Monsters may have the text "...cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon..." This would imply that even if it was successfully Fusion Summoned, it cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard afterwards. An example of this kind of card is Dark Paladin.Dark PaladinDARK/Spellcaster/Level 8/Fusion/EffectATK: 2900DEF: 2400"Dark Magician" + "Buster Blader"This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can discard 1 card from your Hand to negate the activation and effect of 1 Spell Card and destroy it. The ATK of this card increases by 500 points for each Dragon-Type monster on the field and in either player's Graveyard.
While flipping a monster face-down in response to its activation, will generally not stop the effect's resolution, face-down monsters can't activate their effects at all. (Sole exceptions; Big Shield and Mid Shield Gardna) It is the act of being turned face-down that will send the Equip Spell Card to the graveyard, therefore one way to look at it is that Inzektor Centipede is already face down by the time the Equip hits the graveyard. Because it is face-down at that time, it neither 'sees' the Equip hit the graveyard (so its trigger condition was never met) nor can it activate while face-down anyway.
Yes, you do. In fact you already took the battle damage before the Union monster is sent to the graveyard.
that is not how it works. you need to have the card they make when they fuse. for example, three blue eyes can be, as you put it, "polymerized" for the blue eyes ultimate dragon but you need to have the ultimate dragon card in your fusion deck already. if you didn't already know your fusion deck is put to the side during the game and you can only summon the monsters in it by fusing the monsters in it's text by some means. one more thing. all monsters that go in your fusion deck say fusion in bold above the monsters listed on it.
no, because the monsters are already in the graveyard use a card like monster reincarnation or monster reborn to get the cards back on the field or in your hand then fuse them together.
No. Skill Drain only works for monsters already present on the field. Any effect that activates in the hand or graveyard are not negated by the effect of Skill Drain.

The carnival has already come to Moshi Monsters.
When Gozen Match resolves, if you have more than one attribute amongst monsters you control, you have to choose one to keep and send the others to the graveyard.
