While flipping a monster face-down in response to its activation, will generally not stop the effect's resolution, face-down monsters can't activate their effects at all.

(Sole exceptions; Big Shield and Mid Shield Gardna)

It is the act of being turned face-down that will send the Equip Spell Card to the graveyard, therefore one way to look at it is that Inzektor Centipede is already face down by the time the Equip hits the graveyard.

Because it is face-down at that time, it neither 'sees' the Equip hit the graveyard (so its trigger condition was never met) nor can it activate while face-down anyway.

Can you activate Charge of the Light Brigade if you have Macro Cosmos on the field?

No, sending three cards to the graveyard is a Cost to activate Charge of the Light Brigade. Because the cards specifically have to go to the graveyard, Macro Cosmos makes this cost unpayable, therefore CotLB cannot be activated.

Can you activate Laval Volcano Handmaiden's effect if Molten Conduction Field sent it and a Laval monster to the graveyard before a Laval monster was in your graveyard in Yu-Gi-Ob?

After Molten Conduction Field resolves, Laval Volcano Handmaiden's trigger condition has been met. Since there's a valid target in the graveyard, she's allowed to activate and target it.

Can you Special Summon Infernity Necromancer by its own effect in Yu-Gi-Oh?

No. Infernity Necromancer has to be on the field to use its effect to special summons other Infernity monsters from the graveyard. Monsters can only special summon themselves from the graveyard if they specifically say they can activate in the graveyard - Plaguespreader Zombie for example. However even if Infernity Necromancer could activate in the graveyard, it is specifically prohibited from targeting a card called Infernity Necromancer anyway.

Can you activate Michizure when you Tribute 2 of your monsters for a Tribute Summon?

You would miss the timing to activate the card as the monster sent to the Graveyard must be last thing to happen. During a Tribute Summon, the monsters are sent to the Graveyard, but the last thing to happen is no monster being Tribute Summoned.

Does Needle Worm work with Macro Cosmos?

It will activate fine, the sent cards will just be removed from the game instead of going to the graveyard.

Can Tour Bus of the Underworld activate if detached from an XYZ monster in Yu-Gi-Oh?

Yes. Its only requirement is that it is sent to the graveyard. It doesn't have to be sent to the graveyard 'from the field' which is something that won't trigger if sent as XYZ material.

What yu-gi-oh cards work in the graveyard?

there are a fair few, but the ones that come to my mind first are shield warrior and necro gardna which can only activate in the graveyard. But not all effects involve removing from play such as volcanic shell.

In Yugioh can odin come back two turns later when no tuners are in the graveyard until two turns later please state your information even if its from your head?

Odin says that if he is destroyed, you may resummon him by removing a Tuner from your graveyard, during that turn's End Phase, ie, the turn in which he was destroyed. If you have no Tuners that turn, then you can't activate this effect, and if you pass that turn's End Phase, then you have passed the time to activate it, so it does not matter to Odin if you get a Tuner in your graveyard after that.

If neos wiseman is destroyed by battle does his effect still activate which inflicts damage and restores your life points?

No it does not activate, Neos Wiseman will be sent to the graveyard before it's effect can activate. So you won't receive any Life Points, nor will your opponement lose any.

Does The End of Anubis negate Stardust Dragon's effect?

As a matter of fact, yes. The end of Anubis does negate Stardust Dragon's effect as long as he is on the field. Since Stardust Dragon's effect activates in the graveyard, and The End of Anubis' effect states "Monster cards that designate a card(s) in the graveyard or activate in the graveyard are negated."

Yugioh can you activate evil hero infernal gainer effect in graveyard?

In general, a monster's effect can only be used while it is face-up on the field. If it can activate in a different zone, such as hand (Gorz, Emissary of Darkness) graveyard (Necro Gardna) or while banished (Stardust Dragon) then it will say so on the card. This is why a card such as Cyber Dragon cannot freely summon itself from the graveyard every time the condition is correct - it summons from hand. Evil HERO Infernal Gainer has no such text, therefore the cost of banishing it to activate its effect, can only be performed while it is face-up on the field.
