∙ 12y agoThe answer to this depends largely on the type, location, and staging of the cancer. There is nothing like the word, "cancer" to put your world into a trail spin. I can tell you not to worry till you hear all the details, but it won't help (I'm speaking from experience). I will try to help by telling you the different methods used to treat it.
1. Radiation, local or systemic
2. IV Chemotherapy
3. IV Antibiotic therapy, similar to chemo, but less side effects
4. Oral Chemotherapy
