No one knows for certain as it is so old. The oldest trumpets date back to 1500 B.C.E. and earlier. The bronze and silver trumpets from Tutankhamun's grave in Egypt, bronze lurs from Scandinavia, and metal trumpets from China date back to this period.[
Heinrich Stozel created the Modern day trumpet. Without him there would be A LOT less trumpeteers.

The modern trumpet was invented around 1814-1820.
The best information we have points to the trumpet being invented in Egypt. The modern valved trumpet was invented in Germany.
It depends on you definition of trumpet. The trumpet has come along way and made many changes. The oldest 'trumpet' can be found in Egypt and was part of a tomb. Yet the modern trumpet(with valves) has been constantly changing.
The horn reached its first wave of popularity in the 18th century with the technique we call hand horn playing. The horn player filled in the gaps of the natural harmonic series by inserted the hand it the bell and either sharpening or flattening the harmonics enough to play diatonically and chromatically int he middle range of the instrument. This made the horn the most popular solo instrument of the brass family. We have 4 concerti by Mozart (plus 3 more fragments), concerti by F.J. Haydn, and many by A. Rossetti. Giovanni Punto was the star hornist of that era and Mozart's friend. Joseph Leitgeb was the hornist for whom he wrote his concerti.

A natural trumpet is a trumpet played without valves. It is typically straight (not curved like a modern trumpet). The notes are changed using the lip muscles, aided by some holes drilled in the trumpet (although the holes are mostly used for fine tuning the instrument).

You must be more specific... If you mean a modern trumpet manufacturer, there are several. The two most popular and the best are Bach and Yamaha.
