To get a mint green, take a blue-green color and add white to it. A paint such as phthalo-green(blue shade) would probably do it. If you just have basic primary colors, add blue and green together in a small amount and gradually add white. Once you have enough white in it to bring it close to the color you want, than add either small amounts f blue or green until it is exactly what you want.
