What countries had the most efficient military organizations in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries is largely a matter of opinion, and over a whole period of 200 years the quality of most countries' military organizations varied widely. But most historians would agree that on average France and Prussia stood out from the rest.
Most military historians cite the military organizations of Prussia and France to have had the most logical and best organized military systems in the 18th and 19th centuries. Certainly Great Britain was close behind and had the best navy in the world at that time and into the 20th century.

Industrialization had a major impact on the global economy. For one thing, countries were able to increase business with developed countries overseas. Shipping costs went down and allowed businesses to import more of the raw materials they needed.
Over the centuries, many countries have conquered other countries, or rather, many societies (some not even countries in the formal sense) have conquered other societies. Don't forget thet the political map of the world has changed vastly over the centuries; even 200 years ago the map of Europe and Asia looked very different from today, most present-day countries didn't exist at all. Having said all that, I will name some conquering countries: France, Germany, Russia, England/Britain, Spain, portugal, China, Japan.
