Two ideologies that were most directly opposite of each other were capitalism and communism. Capitalism is an economic system based on private ownership and free markets, while communism is a social and economic system where all property is collectively owned and individuals work for the common good. These ideologies differ in fundamental aspects, such as the role of the state, private property, and the distribution of wealth.

The two political ideologies used in the Cold War were democracy and communism. The United States was a democratic country while the Soviet Union was communist dictatorship. We elected our leaders while they had no choice of who was in charge.
Communism and democracy are two different ideologies that have rendered great impact in the world. No matter the ideology, each country has its own agenda. On the other hand these two ideologies don't mix too well and the leaders keep distance from each other's.
When two opposite electrical forces are near each other, they will attract each other. This attraction is due to the presence of opposite charges, which exert a force on each other. The strength of the attraction will depend on the magnitude of the charges and the distance between them.
The two opposing ideologies that waged the Cold War and created two major political boundaries were Communism and Democracy.
