Puerto Rico and Guam
As a result of the Spanish-American War Spain lost its colonies of Cuba and Puerto Rico.
Cuba and the Dominican Republic are the names of two Spanish-speaking islands. Both islands, along with Puerto Rico, number among the islands in the eastern Caribbean Sea. Examples of Spanish-speaking islands elsewhere in the world range from the Canary Islands in the central-eastern Atlantic Ocean to Easter Island in the southeastern Pacific Ocean and Mallorca in the northwestern Mediterranean Sea.
It depends on the islands. They lost Sardinia when the Kingdom of Two Sicilies became independent. They lost Puerto Rico, Cuba, and the Philippines to the USA in the Spanish-American War. There are also numerous islands that Spain still maintains (such as the Balaerics and the Canaries).
The two official languages of the Balearic Islands (where Alcúdia is located) are Catalan and Spanish. So the answer is yes, Spanish is spoken in Alcúdia.
Spanish and English
During the sixteenth century, the Spanish influence on the islands of Trinidad and Tobago was strong. However, by mid-sixteenth century that influence was already starting to wear away, with French influence overtaking the Spanish. Finally by the last part of the eighteenth century, the islands were no longer Spanish. The Spanish language was preserved, however, and today the islands are two of the few regions still speaking Castilian Spanish.

There is no individual island that Spain currently controls that is divided between two Spanish Provinces. However, the Canary Islands are a Spanish archipelago that is spread across two provinces.
