Old rotary phones and push-button phones older than 20 years had no Q or Z.
As of the 1990's, ALL letters of the English alphabet appear on a phone, including Q and Z.
(Prior to the 1990's, the numbers 1 and 0 did not have letters associated with them)
This is a trick question. Standard touch tone phones have included all 26 letters of the alphabet since the mid-1990's.
Prior to that, Q and Z were not included.
On older phones, Q, Z and sometimes O were not listed on the keypad under the numbers. More recent telephone keypads show Q on the 7, Z on the 9, and O on the 6.
the two letters are Q and Z
Phones older the 1990 were missing the Q and Z. All 26 letter appear on phones after 1990.
The answer is Q AND Z. (A push button phone has all of the letters.)
Q and Z
In the U.S. it's 1 and 0.
