Paul and Mark
paul and barnabas
Paul's first cohort and companion was Barnabas, who traveled with him on his first missionary journey to Asia Minor. Barnabas played a key role in supporting and encouraging Paul in his ministry, and the two worked closely together in spreading the gospel.

Bartholomew, also known as Nathaniel, is listed among them. You have two options from what I see, you can either try to improve the ministry so that it refocuses on the right goal - glorifying god; or you can take a break from the ministry and try to take care of the things you are being pulled away from. You could also look to supporting a different ministry within the church. Another option is that there are many new churchs coming up everywhere, many of them are in need of experienced leadership to help start off their ministries. Why not put you're knowledge to good use and help in one of them. Start your own ministry, or practice alone... If you believe that what you believed in is the correct way, you don't need to prove it to anyone..
