That it, and we, exist.
There's nothing special about opposing points of view. There are debates between science and science, and debates between religion and religion as well. For as long we don't know all the absolute truths, and possibly even after that, people will disagree.
In which religion?
I do not believe that God is fictitious; if he was, then where did all the amazing design, that science has proven exists, come from? The detail in 'creation' points to someone having a hand in how this world was formed

In science there are usually infinitely many points between any two points so that there is no such thing as a consecutive point!
Yes, you can consider it a relation between the points on the x-axis, and the points on the y-axis. In fact, ANY subset of R squared (in other words, any subset of the points on a plane), including the empty set, sets that contain single points, and larger sets, can be considered a relation in R squared (i.e., two sets of real numbers).
A relation is an expression that is not a function. A function is defined as only having one domain per range, meaning that when graphed, a function will have no two points on the same vertical line. If your expression is graphed and two points do appear on the same vertical line, it is a relation, not a function.
Ireland no longer has an official religion, and it's not connected to the government.
Judaism is a religion practise in Asia. Religion points the way to eternal glory.
Nope. Some people will handle this differently than others. While some may listen to your points, others may argue against your points. Debates are healthy for us humans and promote self-learning, whether you support religion or science (there are many famous scientists who believe in a god but reject things like creationism).
