Felony charge and lack of experience
Honorable discharges are legitimate for any job, including law enforcement agencies. That being said, if you were discharged for incompetent or illegal actions, the police may recognize and disqualify you for that. But, in general, an honorable discharge is still considered "leaving on good terms".
If you got a job offer at a hospital, but tested positive for TB, they cannot disqualify you from the position as that will amount to biased treatment and stigmatization.
Not at all. You're there to do a job.
Yes it does prevent you from getting a VA job. Contact the lender to try and get loans out of default status. It usually takes a few months. Sorry.
Im in the same boat! you get any anwsers or did you do this?
Many of the grants available are hard to get. You have to have a lot of reason and experience in different things to be eligible. Things like good job references and good grades from the past.
There are many things that go into the concept of job choice. Being able to pick your own job is one concept.
No, the person would not be eligible for WCI benefits if they were under the influence or failed a test proving they had recently used the substances tested for.
By getting lots of money and being very clever at things.
I don't think there is anything negative about being a Real Estate agent. Job is a job after all. http://www.torontosuites.com/
there are many companies can disqualify you on a job application. One is simply when you state your salary. if you do so, the manager can disqualify you if it's out of range for the job and job grade 'officially' posted. They can also disqualify you based on your 'years' of experience, relevant experience and other attributes such as travel felxibility. To put it simply, the application is the first filter used by HR or hiring managers to disqulify 'unqulified' candidatees. My advice is to pay close attention to the job posting/discription and if you don't have one, ASK for it before you complete your application. Under no circumnstances, you should lie about your information, if cought during the check or verification process later on, it could cause you a major issue. Not only it will disqulify you from the particular position but you could also be black listed with the company and verification agents. good luck
yes but no. i depends where you come from.
