i think it depends on the food. as in veggies canned veggies such as peas, are less energy efficient then frozen veggies. however, i read that canned potatoes are more energy efficient then refrigerated potatoes.
no cause canned fruits have fat in them and froxen vegetables most likely went straight from the ground and got put into a bag to be frozen. But just in case go to your groccery store and look at the back of a canned vegetables and frozewn vegetable... :) hope this helps
My pug just ate a couple frozen blueberries and a couple frozen chunks of mango. veggies she is not as fond of but will eat some hummus or spagheti sauce with meat
