If they are from a 2006 or earlier Rubicon they will fit. 2007 and later will not.
NONE 2003-2006 Rubicon Rims were only 16" diameter which means cheaper tires than 17" and taller sidewalls which is better for offroad. Newer and larger JK (2007+) Rubicon rims are a different bolt pattern and will require wheel adapters to fit.
Not without wheel adapters as the 2006 LJ uses 5x4.5" bolt patter and the 2008 JK uses 5x5" Just google "wheel adapters"
