Dont pay the $15 plus that websites try to sell it for) Under the box it a small round plastic insert that hold the backlight. This removes easily with a pair of needle nose pliers. Dont turn too hard, it should come out easily. I had to purchase the bulb from Mercedes. Neither Autozone or CarQuest carried it.
