See your doctor.
Most patients who think they have a spider bite have misdiagnosed themselves. Start by seeing your primary care provider or dermatologist if you have something you think is a spider bite.
yes, if this occurs you may be allergic to that certain spider and should see a doctor soon
holy crap go see a doctor man
If you think you have a spider bite...you should still see a doctor. Recently people have been mistaking spider bites for a serious and possibly fatal MRSA infection. I was given 50 mg Benadryl (diphenhydramine, generic, is available in sleep aid sections as well as antihistamine sections OTC) after a black widow bite and it did help a lot. If it is a brown recluse spider bite, you should see a doctor. People die from both of these types of spider bites.
It depends on the type of spider. A bite from a black widow or recluse spider - of course - would be much more harmful than a common gray house spider. In any case, any kind of spider bite can be nasty. Try to identify what type of spider it might have been, and keep a close eye on the wound. Wash it, and use an antiseptic. However, if there is any questions or concerns, I would see a doctor immediately. I have seen spider bites that have progressed and caused very bad side-effects. In addition, never let any bite - whether animal or insect - go untreated, in terms of cleansing, and use of antiseptics
Keep the area cool with ice compresses to prevent venom spread. Visit your doctor immediately. See related link.
Spider bites usally cause pain swelling itching and may even become a open sore depending on what kind of spider bit you. I would check up with my doctor to see if you need any kind of medication to help treat this.
I would take her to the vet to make sure the spider bite wasnt poisonous How big was the spider? What type? For a small spider just clean the wound with peroxyde or other antiseptic, andit should be fine. For a large or dangerous spider see the vet, immediatley.
Yes, definitely
Neosporin will not help the irritation but it will help the area heal quicker. For quick relief, take Benadryl for the swelling and itch. If the area starts to turn funny colors, see a doctor for an antibiotic because spider bites can get infected.
A spider bite is more dangerous because it gives you a bad rash and then it gets swollen,if you get bite by one go to a hospital immediately, they will probably inject you or take out your skin.
