On the left side of the engine above the oil pan
You should use SYNTHETIC not REGULAR which I've learned from my own personal experience. Regular oil in a 2002 camaro only kills the oil pump. It's a rather expensive lesson to learn also. Don't let anyone tell you that putting regular or synthetic blend in your 2002 camaro is ok it's not.
The oil weight needed for a 1985 Camaro Z28 will depend on the type of driving and the outside temperature. If the car is to be driven in summer, the weight of the oil should be 10-40. In winter, switch to a 10-30 or 5-30. If the car is a show car for racing, 50 weight oil can be used in the summer.
should be directly above the oil filter
SAE 10w30 any major brand. Use High Mileage if you have over 100,000 miles on the ODO.
5 quarts of 5w30
5W-30 is the oil recommended according to the information listed on my oil filler cap.
10W-40
Any high quality multiple viscosity oil is acceptable for the A1 Eliminator. A high mileage engine should have a higher viscosity.
The oil capacity of a 1985 Honda XL 250 should be about 1.6 quarts. This is after changing the oil.
5w30 i'd rather use 10w30 depending on the climate
