You could have a High-School Diploma to start a Business but I don't think it's required though, I never graduated High School but to start a Business you have to know how to read, write and count... well most businesses do anyway, you would need a Casino Manager if your Hotel has a Casino, Managers for Restaurants, Assistant Managers, Head Chef, a Chairman and CEO that would be me for example if I were to start a Business, a Chief Operation's Officer, Hotel Manager, Casino Manager, the Head of Housekeping and you would need a Board Room in the Hotel to hold Meetings to see how things are going and if you need to spend money to improve your Business and also you have to make sure all the Guests at your Hotel have a great time so they they will drop by your Hotel again. Oh and I might not have mentioned this but you also need a Human Resources Department and last but certainly not least you need to have Assistant Managers for every Department, well I would anyway.
1. Go to school. 2. Start a business. 3. Employ people to your business. 4. Make money.
One of the reasons why companies create or update their business plans annually is because they're going to find out about their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT). Without knowing those things, companies will possibly have nowhere to go. A business plan is a foundation of a company; without it, companies may fall. How would one even start a company without a business plan, right?
