Clogged arteries are really easy to prevent if you lower your cholestarol intake and by ignoring cravings. Also to keep your arteries healthy and unclogged you should drink a spoon of olive oil each day and that helps aswell i heard this on the Dr.Oz show. Hope it helped:)
