Well, I am a Norwegian so, we actually wear stuff that matches the weather and how many degrees it is. If it is like cloudy, we tend to use jeans, a cute tank top and a not to hot jacket to wear inside. If it is sunny, we tend to wear shorts, a cute tank top here to and normal shoes. If it rains, you should wear .. well, you actually can decide it yourself. But, in September it can get kind of cold, since it is fall. So, so hot as possible.
