what engine do you have? if it is a 360 it is located on the thermostat housing.

That is a cylinder number eight misfire.
I'm not sure about the limited but on my custom the drain is on the bottom right of the radiator when you're facing the car from the front. There's a twist valve on it.
Technically, no. A cylinder extends in both directions to infinity, but if you consider that it is limited in both directions, then, yes. Also, a cylinder does not necessarily have a round cross section and, if so, then no. Only a right circular cylinder will have a round cross section.
