Water has a calming effect on the Dragon's fearless temperament. Water allows the Dragon to re-direct its enthusiasm, and makes him more perceptive of others. These Dragons are better equipped to take a step back to re-evaluate a situation because they understand the art of patience and do not desire the spotlight like other Dragons. Therefore, they make smart decisions and are able to see eye-to-eye with other people. However, their actions can go wrong if they do not research or if they do not finish one project before starting another.

I would go with Garchomp just b/c it is a dragon type and in
pokemon dragon type are redicussly overpowered!

What is very effective against Lance's Pokemon?
If I were battling Lance, I would use Electric and Dragon
Pokemon but I would use thunder because although dragon is useful
against dragon types it will backfire if Lance uses a powerful
dragon type move. If you are re-battling Lance use Electric type
moves against all of Lance Pokemon except Garchomp because Electric
type moves don't have any effect against Ground Type moves, but
Dragon type moves would be the most effective type of move to
use.

No. You would need to have the same DNA as a dragon, or you
could be a Dragoon which is a type of cavalry that really
rocks!

It would be best if you use Ice-type pokemon, because the
blackthorn gym leader has dragon-types, and ice-types are super
effective against them. Dragon type moves are also super effective,
but if your going to use dragon type moves, you should use NON
dragon-type pokemon, only dragon type moves. Because they could
probably faint you easily if you do, because, dragon-type moves are
super effective on dragon-type Pokemon.
