Nothing. The memory stick is for you and the PSP to store data on. All the PSP's system files, the firmware, is coded into its internal memory. You will need your PSP to format the stick, and after that it will be able to save games, or you could load music onto it for the PSP to play, etc.
There is a emulator at http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psp/ you will need to have the game files on your computer. there may be a program that gets the games off your psp source : i found out about emulator zone on tinkernut.com

You need custom FirmWare on your PSP to play iso files. PspBlender is kind of a scam. It just locates torrents for you. This is something you could do yourself. If you already have custom firmware, then there shouldn't be a problem. For help on putting custom firmware on your PSP, check some of the tutorials on youtube.com, and Dark Alex's website

a great service for downloading PSP save files is to buy action replay max, it doenst cost that much, and you can get save files from people who beat the games you have. Or you can go and search them on the computer (maybe google) and download them (either in US or EU.) Then put them into your PSP via USB connector.
To transfer music from BearShare to a PSP the PSP needs to be connected to the computer. When the files are downloaded a person will need to choose where the files should be saved to and the PSP should be chosen as the file to save the files on. This will allow the files to go straight to the PSP once they are downloaded.

The psp go does not have a umd player in it. You can only get games from the PlayStation Store. If you get your umd's saved to your memory stick for your old PSP you could play the games off of the memory stick.
