ETC stand for Eldorado touring coupe I should know i have one.
Any steering column from a 1986-91 Eldorado would work - a comparable Seville's should work equally as well.

Probably most1970 Cadillac convertible parts should interchange. 1969 and 1970 converibles were " almost "exactly alike.
Should be at the bottom of the throttle body throat (inside)
Should be a 4.6 L, 8 cylinder engine
Should be that small pedal on the very left underneath the dash.
Premium Unleaded 91 octane fuel.
SHould be under the passenger side front seat
Engine running at idle you should read 13.5 to 15.5 volts.
87 octane unless it's a later-model ETC, then 91-93 should be used
