Also add whole grains like brown rice and whole wheat bread but not too much. Eat less meat especially during the summer when it is hot. If you are looking for a way to clear your bowels you can try eating only fruit for 1-3 days (not bananas). Fruits are not just the sweets; a fruit is anything with a seed and includes avocado, green beans, cucumber, tomatoes and squash. If you have a chronic problem with this you should see a doctor.
