They hunted using spears made of broken rock and split sticks or branches.
The Stone Age was a huge period in time that lasted over two million years so the food that was available varied greatly but here are some that I know; cloudberries, lingonberries, juniper berries, orchid roots, boar meat, red deer meat, reindeer meet, auroch meat (auroch is like a wild cow), fish, roasted march mallow roots, birds.
They used fur for blankets, sleeping-sacks, pouches, clothes, the lining of shelters and for twisting into ropes and strings. They used bones for fish hooks, daggers, spear-handles,
