Every car sold legally in the United States is required to run perfectly on regular gas. That's a fact, every gas fueled car in America runs fine on regular. Some manufacturers recommend premium gas...you don't need it. The only time you will be able to notice a difference is on the extreme high end of performance, speeds and techniques that will get you pulled over faster than you can say 'unleaded'.
You may notice a difference in older cars, which will show itself as Knocking, which is simply pre-ignition, the gas in the cylinder firing before it is meant to. The higher octane gas has more of an additive that slows the burn, preventing Knocking. You'll know if your engine is knocking, you can't mistake the sound. If it is, a tuneup will set it right. If it isn't, put your money in your pocket and enjoy your new Lexus with it's tank full of regular.
Premium fuel only,
Drivers habits and type of miles (city, highway, long distnce) determine the brake wear, not the number of miles driven. Most manufacturers recommend that belts be replaced ever 100,000 miles.
Regular 87 octane is fine.

Anyone knows Lexus Lx 470 key battery type?
no, you can not. Only gas that you should use is unleaded I think he meant 87 octane. You can absolutly use 87 octane in the tank but you may not get the same performance or gas mileage. It will not harm the engine or fuel system at all but you may get what is refered to as a "spark knock." This again will not damage the engine. I suggest you experment with the different types of octane. In mine, I found it was overall worth while to go with premium. In my geographic region, my mileage and performance do best with this type, you may find the lower octane savings is not trully that because of a more effiecent useage of premium fuel.
