Bulgaria's government is horrible, mostly because some Russian people called Communists, took all of our food and gold. Bulgaria, were I was born, used to be a great place to live. I wasn't born in the year of the Communists, but I have heard about it. Still, Bulgaria makes a great vacation site.
With the end of the USSR's occupation of nations in the Balkans and "eastern Europe", Bulgaria is now a parliamentary democracy. It adopted its constitution in 1991.
