There are now laws that prohibit the sharing of information in a chat room. However, prudence dictates that you should reveal nothing that can be used to identify you. For example, giving your address, full name, or phone number could allow for unwanted attention or for a dangerous individual to find you.
Anything you want. You may be banned, hated, or ignored but you have the ability to say whatever you feel like.
Usually moderators try to restrict information to whatever the chat room is related to.
Anyone in the chat room at the time
What your favorite hobbies are, your age, your FIRST name, your pets name, and what kind of oatmeal you like....you can give that kind of info out.

There are a number of chatrooms available online that allow a person to type instead of talk. These include Yahoo Chat, America Online Chat, and Chat Avenue.
You really shouldn't be giving out any sort of information in a public chat room. If it is one that is private and set up by a 'safe' entity, such as a school or business, and has safe guards such as only school members can use it and it is monitored and password protected, it is okay to identify your self when participating in activities.
Well you should be able to type chat or Safe chat. In Type chat you type in the box at the bottom of the screen and Safe chat you click on the speak thing and it gives you some catorgorys witch you can click and they will give you some words! :)

Fee dating chat rooms are plentiful. Websites such as Chat Avenue, Chat Place, Wire Club, and Metro Date all offer these types of chat rooms. There are many other websites that offer this type of chat room as well, so it would be ultimately up to the person who is using them to decide what chat room they prefer.

I would suggest using your favourite search engine. If you type in your keywords "Free UK chat room" a list of good suggestions will show. If you type in a slight variation to that for instance "UK free chat room" you should notice that there will be a slight variation on the results. Search engines tend to put the highest priority to your keywords first in the list so I would generally start there. Without actually answering your question directly with a "free UK chat room" this is what I suggest.
