A mill is a industry factory that produces a consumable product A majority of the work is blue collar general labor but as with any factory there are multiple occupations that keep the mill functioning. Mills generally require a small percentage of white collar specially skilled ( engineers and management) employees to productivity. General labor ( majority of employees) can be untrained or highly trained equipment operators, mechanics or other tradesmen.
