All the informatoin you need including what label standards to look for will be in your owners manual.
If you don't have a manual for some reason the viscosity (thickness) is probably shown on the engine oil cap. I believe it'll be 5W-30. Any major brand oil (as long as it's the proper viscosity) will work fine. Whether you choose conventional oil or synthetic depends a lot on the kind of use you're putting the car to and the depth of your pocketbook.
