Depends on temp. you drive in. In moderate temp. 20-120 F, 10-30w is the norm. I would definitely consider synthetic as it last longer and makes this type of engine run a lot smoother. Also upgrading the oil filter to a performance will make the oil stay cleaner longer. Better oil, better oil filter equals smoother acceleration, higher Red line, and longer engine life.
