At a dealership which sells used cars.
dextron or mercon III, you have to pump it in from the bottom.
dextron or mercon III.. normally you have to pump it in from the bottom.
It should tell you the size of your engine under the hood once you lift hood up look under it should be a sticker or something I have a 97 Isuzu rodeo it has a 3.2 v6 3.5 were not used in a rodeo.
No. The isuzu trooper 3.5 will work with a 98-2005 rodeo but a 97 is a first gen. The 3.5 is the bored stroked version of the 3.2 with all the same connections as the 2nd gen Rodeos. The 1st gen Rodeos used a different 3.2 with different connections.
98 was the year when the Rodeo crossed over from the first generation platform to the second generation platform, and both are within the 1998 model year. There were several engine options available for the Isuzu MU, but the Rodeo name was only used in the North American market. So you have either a 3.2 liter or 3.5 liter V6 engine.
Rodeos use diethylene glycol but your best bet is to use the new extended life all makes all models coolant available at all parts stores.
No it wont work, the 96-97 Isuzu rodeo switches look similar to te 98-02 models but there's a difference. Also used 98 window switches cost more than 96-97 switches. http//:jlkautoparts.com
All used vehicles should be checked out by a certified mechanic. We bought our daughter a used 2002 Isuzu Rodeo sport and she has had it for over a year now. She loves it and we have had no malfunctions with it yet. It's a good little SUV. It gets about 24 miles per gallon on the highway, is comfortable and really easy to drive. I would buy another one.
The alternator either has to be a factory original or a used off of a parts Rodeo, otherwise the alternator will not run.
