Newspapers, in a real sense, are not only recyclable- but have been designed to be very adaptable to this role. ( or roll). The very tyoe used in typesetting is periodically reused and in fact a ( melting pot) thermostatically controlled , is part of the mechanism of a linotype machine. Of course the papers themselves have pushed the recycling drive, particularily in Wartime ( WW2 for example) they papers are designed so the paper elements can be reprocessed. Human sewage is a whole nother smoke and is liquid waste that requires sanitary treatment.
