first of all some of the problems that Germany faced were food shortages and also coal shortages with this leading to gas and electricity, also there was soap and soap powder shortages.Spanish Influenza (flu),the German sailors refusing to attack brtish ships. general ludendorff suggested to kaiser willhelm 2nd that Germany should surrender but he decided to fight on.
